With more than 20 years of experience in K–12 and higher education, Susanne has served as a classroom educator, instructional coach, district coordinator, college instructor, and education consultant. She has held leadership roles in bilingual and English-language programs and currently serves as President of the Florida Association for Bilingual Education. Her priorities include strengthening academic excellence, expanding access to high-quality educational programs, supporting and empowering teachers, and creating safe learning environments where students can succeed.
